TENANCY
TERMS
Immediate
occupation is available subject to status. A tenancy at will
arrangement is available, with the tenant paying the rent monthly
in advance – a further month's rent is held as a deposit.
The tenant is responsible for the decorative condition of the room
leased, as well as telephone costs. Heating, lighting and
cleaning of communal areas, external maintenance and buildings insurance
are all included with the tenancy. |
